Nutrition is one of the most ESSENTIAL aspects to anything health and fitness related. With poor nutrition, it is almost impossible to make progress towards weight loss and/or overall health. Even with a “killer” workout program, your progress/results will be negligible if anything you see below is unbalanced/skewed too far in one direction.
